No commentsArno, we love you too!
Arno Dreef, the recording & mixing engineer of our album, is saying really nice stuff about the new RGO album on his blog (Dutch). Amongst other things, he says we’re the BEST band he has EVER HEARD!
Ok, maybe he didn’t say that. But he did give us some very big compliments, like “really nice Hammond grooves with a garage edge” and us having a “balanced sound”. Stuff like that. Check out his blog!

Just pluggin’ the old photoshop master. Many thanks to graphical designer Dirk Bakkers for his brilliant artwork on our album cover and band photography!
3 comments4 new album tracks on MySpace
Please visit our new MySpace and listen to four new songs of our new album!
Update: although the quality of the sound on MySpace isn’t nearly as good as the downloadable MP3’s on this site (starting later today!), it will give you a pretty good impression.
No commentsOur first album is a fact!
Over the past few weeks The Rare Groove Orchestra has recorded an album filled with booty shaking Hammond funk tunes. We are very happy to announce that all is well and both the mother and the offspring are in extremely good health! Upcoming Hammond funk classics as Doin’ the King Cake, Joomla, F.U.B.A.R. and Bam! Boo! will make the magnets of your speakers crumble to pulp!
Purchasing information for the album will be available on this website within the next week or so. Be sure to get your own signed copy.
Stay tuned!
